I had to choose Sleight of Hand and Stone Crush instead and that worked fine. I assume it has to do with the extra card that was added to Windstorm.

F5 did not resolve the problem, and I tried it twice, but it would not let me do the action onto Windstorm with 2 mana on it.
The "double move" put the card bottom the mana cool down deck. So F5 makes the game work again.
