I tried to change the convoy used to the US 3rd convoy in Port Said.
I do not control Gibraltar, but I have full control of the Suez channel. All UK convoys are usable from the dropdown menu, but US 3 in Port Said isn't.
Supply all also doesn't use it and complains that not enough convoys are available.
Manual tracing of convoys works fine.

US 3rd Convoy doesn't show in the supply menu.
