Same for me, couldn't make a move. I wanted to skip that pigeon card but was unable to.

@Loenix34 Thank you for your request. Unfortunately I cannot provide a screenshot, because it was not my turn. However it may be important that this also happens when one player has the pigeon card which allows you to place teraces over other teraces and another player draws the card which gives you a free terace.

We still need more information about this issue. Mentioning table is not helping as the bug seems not appearing on replay.
On table 318531563 , you abandoned the game after drawing a card...
Same on table 306424491... Maybe you forgot to mention something or game is not saving all logs ?

I think I experienced the same bug. It kept telling me that any action I chose was an impossible action. Refreshed and then neither of us could take actions. It just had a banner saying Active player had just placed a terrace. Had to quit the game.

J'ai jouer des terrace et obtenu une carte pigeon qui me permettait de jouer une terrasse gratuite. Apres avoir jouer cette terrasse, j'ai recouvers un autre pigeon qui m'a donner la meme carte de nouveau (terrasse gratuite). Apres avoir jouer cette 2eme terrasse gratuite, j'avais encore de l'argent afin de jouer d'autres terrasses. En cliquant sur un autre restaurent afin d'aposer de nouvelles terrasses, le jeu a gele et c'était inscrit :

Le joueur actif a placé une terrasse gratuitement.

Mais je ne pouvais plus rien faire. Apres avoir fait F5, je voyais ma terrasse que je venais de payer sur le jeu, mais je ne peux plus rien faire, aucune action et c'est toujours écris :

Le joueur actif a placé une terrasse gratuitement.

Tous les autres joueurs voient le meme message. Nous avons basculer la partie en mode tour par tour afin de voir si cela pouvais regler le probleme, mais cela ne le regle pas.

We found and fixed the bug, it will be release as soon as possible.
The bug is occurring when you are chaining another immediate pigeon card after a free terrace pigeon card, the first one is lost.
So, for now, we recommend to not place a terrace on a pigeon tile when playing a free terrace pigeon card, until the fix is delivered.

The same happened during my turn: boardgamearena.com/3/dinnerinparis?table=333195657. So I don't get if there is anything I can do to continue with the game. I don't want to quit it.

Fixed with last release. If the are still having an issue, please consider to open a new issue or comment this one.

Current tables won't be fixed if stucked.

539310097 is still having this issue.

I was placing terraces. I placed the terrace on a pigeon, and drew the card which allowed me to place a free terrace. I clicked on the space I wanted to place the terrace and received the message "This game action is impossible right now" along with another message indicating I wasn't connected to the internet.

After waiting a few minutes, I again tried to click on the terrace I wanted, with the same error. At that point, I refreshed and now it says "active player placed a free terrace". I have not been able to play the free terrace, and I cannot take any more actions.

Still having the same issue, table number 543289525. Placed a tile, opened the pigeon card, placed the free tile and the game got stuck.
