When you use a -1 movement to go on Osiris ">3" tile, the highlighted tile was 4 spaces backward so it seems the the additional movement would be in the same direction.
Rule says that upon arriving on Osiris tile, "the adventurer immediately moves ahead a number of tile" and the notes says "Adventurers never end their movement on an Osiris tile - they always advance again immediately"

I would expect that movement from Osiris tile would always make explorers advance in the tunnel not go back.
